ActiveKIDS Training
The Family ActiveKIDS training is designed for parents with small children aged 3-6 years (and their siblings). It is the perfect training for all parents who want to get fit while their little ones are doing kids‘ sports, and can thus use the available family time effectively.
There are always two qualified trainers around to give both parents and children the best possible guidance. This allows everyone to concentrate fully on their own training.
