The Family ActiveJUNIOR outdoor-training is tailored for the whole family, for parents with children of pre-school and primary school age (up to about 12 years). The family circuit training for every fitness level! Interval training, endurance exercises, functional strength, flexibility and core stability combined in a fun environment through games, competitions or challenges in which the whole family participates.
What could be better than making the best and most active use of available family time, having a great time outdoors together and being a sporting role model for the children!
